Rabbi Jacob Friedman Levaya and Shiva Information
We regret to inform you of the petirah of Rabbi Yankel (Jacob) Friedman z”l, a Talmid of the Rosh HaYeshiva zt”l, and one of the most significant partners of the yeshiva for many decades. Rabbi Friedman together with ybl’c his sons R Dovid and R Aron Dov and son in law Rabbi Yehoshua Klavan are close Talmidim of the Yeshiva.
The Levaya will take place Motzei Shabbos in Los Angeles Bais Yaakov of Los Angeles at 7:30. There will a Levaya in Kennedy Airport on Sunday at 1pm.
The levaya in Eretz Yisroel is starting from R’ Tzvi Kaplan’s Yeshiva on 21 אבן האזל at 1:30 pm and then is going to Har Hamenuchos, הר תמיר
The shiva will be following levaya through Tuesday night 900 pm at yaakovson 1 entrance 2 2nd floor apt 6.
The family will return on Wednesday to Los Angeles.
