There are several options for submitting your application.

Application Requirements
Please complete the following as part of your application:
1. Mechina Application Form
The application can be completed online by clicking the button below. Or, you can download the application below and complete it by hand. If you choose to download the application, you have three options for submission: You can upload the completed form using the Document Upload Area at the bottom of this page, or, send the completed form to the Yeshiva Office by fax or mail.
2. $100 Nonrefundable Application Fee (applied to tuition upon acceptance)
You can either submit the Application Fee on this website using the Online Tuition Payment Form by clicking the button below (Select ``Application Fee`` in the ``Apply Payment To`` field). Or, you can mail a check to the Yeshiva Office at 400 Mount Wilson Lane, Baltimore, MD, 21208
4. Menahel’s Report
Please download the Menahel’s Report below. You can upload the completed report to the Document Upload Area at the bottom of this page or, send the report to the Yeshiva Office by fax or mail.
5. Principal’s Report
Please download the Principal’s Report below. You can upload the completed report to the Document Upload Area at the bottom of this page, or, send the report to the Yeshiva Office by fax or mail.
What Will Happen After Submitting My Application?
After you have submitted all parts of your application, you will be contacted to make arrangements for a Shabbos visit to the Mechina. Out of town parents are invited to join their son’s Shabbos visit and experience a unique Shabbos on Yeshiva Lane.
Your son will be given a bechina on the last 2 blatt of Gemara that he has learned. In addition, if he’s applying for ninth grade he will be given a proficiency test in both English and Math.
Applications Timeline: Applications for the 9th grade will be accepted between Succos and Chanuka of your son’s 8th grade year and Bechinos will be from Chanuka until Purim. Acceptance letters are mailed the week after Purim.
Financial & Medical Forms: Financial aid forms and medical forms can be completed after your son has been accepted.
